Resolves NO if not. Resolves NO at any time that Truth Social director or officer FILES w SEC, TRUTHS/POSTS, or PUBLICLY ANNOUNCES dissolution, name change, acquisition of, ceasing operations. Resolves NO if any of these things happen but unannounced or announced by acquiror, regulatory agency or NYT. Resolves NO with cease and desist order. Resolves NO if no one can make new posts for 10 consecutive business days.
