XAi and SpaceX merged which presumably counts as 2 business lines consolidated via a common merged company?

There is also Terafab, but I think this is more of a joint venture between Spacex(inc xAI), Tesla and Intel. This could possibly be considered another business line being consolidated? But is it new business rather than consolidating existing ones and joint venture not a parent company

So perhaps possible to say 3 business lines consolidated but I am not sure a parent company has been created as the means to consolidate. So is "3 business lines consolidated" enough for this market or does there specifically have to be a parent company as the means of doing this?
