Resolves NO. So under my expectation. Alcor had ~average increase. CI's last update was November but they're still way below average for the 14 months before then.

By those numbers, we are on track for this to resolve YES. The only big problem I see is CI doesn't seem to update their numbers regularly. So if they haven't updated their numbers in a few months before this resolution I expect this to be NO.
