Resolves Yes, if before Oct 1st 2025, state of the art AI model (model generally recognized as such by persons skilled in the art) use Meta-learning Compositionality (MLC, see reference below), whether for language based tasks, image generation, RL system or other frontier domains for AI (exclude application that bring small improvement to domain that are widely considered "already solved"). Successor methods clearly related to MLC, for instance through direct citation and recognition of MLC as previous work in the new method's publication, counts for this purpose.
In case of ambiguity on resolution, I reserve the right to discuss in the comment, temporarily halt trading, and possibly resolve N/A. I welcome suggestions on resolution criteria well in advance of the resolving event.
