NO

Resolves yes if before the end of 2023, at least one state in the US officially changes its time zone to have a year-round +1 hour offset from the current standard time zone in that state.

This is illegal for any state to do on its own. Standard Time can and has been done by many states, with Michigan eliminating Daylight Time just this year.

Congress already did this in 1972 and it failed miserably, and that's why it failed in the House last year. This should be at 1%.

If you don't mind, do you have a source for this? A quick search doesn't turn up any reports of this.

I was just in Michigan; it's on daylight time

For the curious, reintroduced earlier this year by Rubio:

https://www.congress.gov/bill/118th-congress/senate-bill/582#:~:text=Introduced%20in%20Senate%20(03%2F01%2F2023)&text=This%20bill%20makes%20daylight%20saving,standard%20time%20for%20those%20areas.

However, Rubio drank out of that absurdly tiny water bottle when giving the Rethuglican response to the SOTU address, and consequently, has absolutely no credibility.
