Resolves YES if, before November 7, 2028, a candidate who becomes the Democratic or Republican presidential nominee for the 2028 election deploys or authorizes an AI-powered digital replica of themselves capable of engaging in real-time, unscripted conversations with the public.

Requirements:

  1. The system must represent the candidate through their likeness, voice, or both.

  2. It must generate substantive answers dynamically in response to voter questions.

  3. It must be publicly accessible to voters, rather than restricted to internal campaign testing.

  4. The candidate or their official campaign must explicitly authorize its use.

  5. Its deployment must be independently verifiable through credible reporting or publicly accessible demonstrations.

Does not count:

  • AI-generated campaign advertisements or prerecorded speeches.

  • Ordinary campaign chatbots that do not represent themselves as the candidate.

  • Unauthorized deepfakes or parodies.

  • AI systems used exclusively for campaign research, fundraising, or internal operations.

Resolves NO if no qualifying deployment occurs by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 6, 2028.

The market may resolve YES immediately upon verification of a qualifying deployment.
