@Bruce54df The question does not require a full scale invasion to resolve Yes. It very explicitly calls for an "incursion" which is not the same thing. While you can argue an invasion didn't take place (though even on this you seem to agree that a targeted but temporary invasion happened), no-one is disputing that a large scale incursion took place, which is what the question asked. This should be resolved to yes.
I'd note that other markets run by reputable users on manifold make this same distinction.
