A little google searching like this still only turns up the DoE funding mentioned below. Resolves No.
A light google doesn't turn up much here. The department of energy announced $10 million in may, before this market was even made. Doesn't look like much spending came out of LK-99 after it was debunked. This is the one case I'm aware of, with $100,000 put into looking into researching LK-99 as a thin film.
So I think this should very likely resolve no.
