Dear @traders as you no doubt know, this happened today, so Iโm resolving this market as YES, but also noting that technically abortion access has not changed, because the 1800s law never went into effect. Abortion in Arizona remains โlegalโ with significant restrictions (only before 15 weeks, medication canโt be mailed, state requires doctors to do an ultrasound, tell women a bunch of facts about their fetus designed to convince her she may not know what she is sacrificing, etc etc). As in Florida, there is a ballot proposition in the works that has a lot of momentum, if passed, people who need abortion in Arizona would most likely have an easier time of itโฆ so, Iโm thinking ๐ค on how to better construct the next version of this market.
