Resolved when either state guarantees access to abortion through the second trimester (ie up to “fetal viability”, or 22-25 weeks). when a rule change is made via courts, ballot propositions or legislation.

Market will resolve when rule change is made it through the full process (eg certification, signature, final ruling), we do not need to wait until it goes into effect.

Close date will be extended as needed.
