@BlackCrusade her account doesn’t appear to be banned.

@MachiNi if @shankypanky would like to clarify that she did not actually temp ban the user I will unresolve, but otherwise I am willing to take the mods at face value and assume that a temporary ban may not cause a big red BANNED button to show next to a user's name.

@BlackCrusade I did temp ban them for 24 hours - they can trade but are banned from commenting and managing their markets

@BlackCrusade I would say that's the natural reading of this -- it's a temporary, but partial, ban. It's a feature of the freshly reworked ban system that we can now do that.

I think this market is harmful because it provides users a mana incentive to be weird to each other.

@LarsOsborne It's part of a weird and longstanding Manifold tradition, but not one I'm particularly fond of.

Be excellent to each other, y'all. I don't want to have to figure out who to aim the ban hammer at.

@BlackCrusade mainly a joke, but my risk approach on here sometimes makes me bored, I'm more of a react to the news/mispriced markets type guy, you won't see me in the top 10 best markets, but you will see me in the top 10 new, Um, quite boring but very profitable. Also, I didn't know the word 'ennui,' so thanks for enlightening me.

@AnnCummings regardless of reason, if you are banned for any amount of time this will resolve YES.

I wanted to boost my market (brassy is a bot) but I don't have the 10K to do so. It is shame not to bring in more people.
