FYI, we're trying to move away from N/A resolutions in general, but don't have clear guidance on that yet. For future markets, I'd recommend figuring out what option should resolve in the case of the event being cancelled or other similar result, whether that's resolving to "other" or including an explicit "event cancelled" option.

But as I said, we don't have clear guidance here, and it's possible this recommendation will change. At least for now, though, I'm happy to continue helping by resolving N/A when appropriate.

No - if the tournament is cancelled, the market will resolve N/A. "Other" is only if the tournament happens and someone other than the players listed comes in 4th place.
