@Joshua This question is slightly more general, but you probably already noticed that. Why it’s higher: I think that one can sometimes plead guilty to a related misdemeanor as part of a deal with prosecutors to get felony charges dropped? Seems unlikely, but maybe a couple percent.

Special Counsel only expects trial in DC to take 4-6 weeks. So even a delay won’t stop this from happening most likely.
