What counts as "announcing"?

Announcing deliveries of cybertruck are starting?

Next platform factory announced (i.e. Mexico plant)?

Showing a prototype (and starting to take pre-orders or maybe this part isn't necessary)?

As others have asked, announcing a refresh?

I vote no, understanding that the refresh of the model 3 does not count a new model.

Why did I bet yes on this @,@ it might have been because the mexico plant is oriented around a new vehicle, but I'm very not sure that's a consumer vehicle, but there might be evidence that it is. Be nice if someone found that.

Does a model refresh count? (eg. Model 3 Highland)
