There is no question he is running. He has every reason to think, at least historically, that he is the GOP frontrunner and heir apparent to Donald Trump. I think MAGA has something to say about that, but I also think Ted Cruz will beat the ever living crap out of Ron Desantis toe-to-toe in a long campaign. Will he get in early?

This market resolves YES if Ted Cruz announces and files paperwork with the FEC that he is seeking the GOP nomination for president in 2023.
