Resolves YES if a user has a profit >=$1mm over the course of a single calendar month.

I believe this could be resolved cleanly if a screenshot is submitted of a user showing >=$1mm on the monthly leaderboard.

I assume this means they get all 1M of the profit in a single month, not that they get 1M mana in profit, and then continue to have their total profits higher than 1M for a month.
