@BTE I think I know what you are getting at, but I don't think the market worded as it is can be resolved without controversy.

I'd instead market the null: "Did Hamas use Al-Shifa hospital for any military purpose other than as a treatment center for wounded fighters." And maybe list things that don't count like if they held <10 hostages, stored small arms, or used the tunnels underneath for transport.

That would flip what is YES but maybe this helps you figure out criteria.
