No more toilet scrolling! Toilet breaks are an important part of the workday, but I feel that news/social media/manifold on the toilet is bad for maintaining a mindset conducive to productivity by the time I wrap up. One idea I had is toilet-duolingo, but not super interested in learning another language. I will also not be rewarding mana for "read a book" though that may well be the right thing for me to do.
Some ideas:
Sololearn, slightly similar to Duolingo but for programming and machine learning
Microsoft Rewards daily tasks with Giving With Bing activated and set to a highly cost-efficient charity e.g. Against Malaria Foundation, Humane League, Rethink Priorities etc.

What a personal and practical question, hats off! Just a few personal thoughts from me then, How about to make it a practice of capitalising on the concept of solitude? It's an element in stark contrast of the social/collaborative nature of work nowadays.
You are very determined to better yourself, much admirable, but don't be afraid to create a direction of your own in all of this. We all often encounter paradoxes of dopamine, cortisol, and even finer biology. We all often both need some mentally nourishing inputs (positive language, exploring progressive mindsets of others or affirming for yourself the principles which bring you progress personally) as well as the ability to let our dopamine crash and dive into nagging boredom and look at our fundamentals in dire need of change (and then find enjoyable ways to incrementally do so).
I'll go ahead and assume these moments are very valuable and refreshing breathers, so as well I suggest to not be afraid of exploring deep breathing as a way to help Your body rejuvenate. Deep or even accelerated breathing never ceases to surprise me in regards to the influences on the mind and my perception!
You can also take this time to both relax physically and let your mind wander to the elements which are naturally attractive, for they will complement your present conditions (meaning what You need more of - an attempt to better your position in life through finding easy win-wins)
Good opportunity to leverage the power of reflection, practice boundless creativity and You will undoubtedly discover many enlightening things in contrast to the demands and routine processes of your workplace.
Once again, cool personal question, much respect!
