Without a clear majority in the National Assembly, the French president seems in no hurry to form a government. Perhaps he won't do so at all, keeping his resigning ministers in place until he finds a way to call for new legislative elections next year, or the next scheduled elections in 2029.
Answer will be "Yes" if a new government is formed with a new prime minister before the next legislative election (next year or in July 2029).
Note: there will be new presidential elections in 2027, and the current president will not be eligible for re-election.
