Likely after ASI enabled instant genome modification and there's easily millions of furries in the world, so counterintuitively this is quite likely

@WilliamGunn I guess technically not INSTANT instant, but like I'd expect it pretty damn quick, like on the order of magnitude that giant bamboo grows as a lower bound
