Likely after ASI enabled instant genome modification and there's easily millions of furries in the world, so counterintuitively this is quite likely

@WilliamGunn I guess technically not INSTANT instant, but like I'd expect it pretty damn quick, like on the order of magnitude that giant bamboo grows as a lower bound

@TheAllMemeingEye This seems to imply some sort of general purpose germ line genome modification and we can't even predict what existing genes do, much less create custom ones.
