Each option will resolve to YES if that user ends up with a total profit of at least 5000 mana on the following three markets:

/StopPunting/which-horse-will-win-the-first-ever

/StopPunting/which-horses-will-show-finish-1st-2

/NFL/which-horse-will-place-last-in-the

Otherwise, each option will resolve to NO.

For example, if @Tumbles makes 10000 mana in profit on the first market, makes -6000 mana in profit on the second, and makes 3000 mana in profit on the third, they will have made 7000 mana in total profit and the "@Tumbles" option would resolve to YES.
