@JaySocrates i have this question too :) Any US people can point me to a simple timeline/step by step of what you define as 'pass'
e.g. UK is usually gets discussed/introduced in commons, then lords, then gets 'passed' into law
@BiologyTranslated I'm not the market creator, so I don't know. The simplest reading is that this is a House bill, therefore "passed" would mean "passed by the House of Representatives". But only the market creator can tell me that.
