I should have found a way to mute this for spoilers, oh well.

Knowing absolutely nothing about the Great British Baking show I doubled up my mana in this market. My winning strategy… this lemon tart I made:

After finishing off the last bite, I stared into my reflection in the bottom of the tart dish and it contained the secret to this prediction market.

@benshindel That tart looks great!

in the end it was 28-year-old Matty who came out on top.

Resolve please.

I would back Tasha if I weren't anxious about her anxiety.

Even though Josh has an upper hand when it comes to the chemistry of baking and had the highest betting score before the show even started with a score of 4/9, Tasha has won two out of four weeks as of 10/22/23. As a former contestant myself, showing consistency and winning week after week takes talent and perseverance. As no one was eliminated during week 4, that must mean there will be a double elimination coming up. If Tasha stays in the competition in week 5, while two are eliminated, she will go from 1/9 to 1/7 to win. Additionally, together with the controversy of the GBBO last year, showing signs of favoritism and remember GBBO is first and foremost a tv-show - there could be some bias towards Tasha to win due to her handicap and the newspapers are already favoring her as a winner.

@ChristinaGyllner Are you really the Christina who won Swedish Bake Off? That’s so cool!

@Alice Hi Alice. Yes, I am, and thank you for the comment :)

@ChristinaGyllner Wow!!🤩🤩🤩

Pastry week is going to be a double elimination.

@Alice Thanks for betting down the elimed contestants!
