With this clause, basically he can do whatever he want to do. He can invest, he can not invest. He can buy Yes, he can buy No.
@tornado He could easily cause a NO resolution, but it's not trivially easy to cause a YES resolution. And at this point it would be quite hard for a NO resolution to benefit him as he holds 80% of the YES shares
