Resolves YES if Anthropic publicly announces or releases an API for agents on October 22, 2024 (Pacific time).
I intend to resolve based on whether Anthropic prominently uses the word "agent" in the announcement. If there's a gray area, an "agent" should at minimum be able to generate clicks on a user's computer (as in the tweet). If for some reason it's still unclear, I'll use my judgment.
