This will instantly resolve "no" if NSFW content is officially unbanned again.
If at the end of October it is clear that the ban is not enforced and nobody is following it, then this market will resolve to 25%
Resolves "yes" if the ban is still in place and enforced at market close.

a) if you take the market title at surface level, then the answer is clearly: Yes, the ban is still in place
b) The 25% clause I laid out in the description didn't happen. While the ban isn't very consistently enforced, it is enforced and it feels like the community did dial down their porn posting somewhat.
@Brooster Fair, but I would argue it represents the status quo instead of being a new development. The bear's message implies that he would have enforced the ban before, had he noticed any nsfw posts before
In the end I don't really care either way, I have no stake in this market.
@dgga I have no doubt that he would have banned any he noticed, but it seems like there were a lot he didn't notice over the past week or two.
Fair warning, the market closes in 24 hours and I'm not sure yet how I'm gonna resolve it, because the ban is not very stringently enforced, e.g:
