This is a bingo card where orbiters are crossed off once they appear on destiny's stream. Once a row/column/diagonal is completed the market resolves towards that option.
If a row and column are simultaneously completed it will resolve to both answers simultaneously, so both those answers will pay out as if they were at 50%. If you expect that to happen you don't want to purchase them over 50%
By the same logic, this market might even resolve to three or four options simultaneously, e.g. if Darius is the last one to show up. But that would be pretty unlikely.
Of course the orbiters in question don't have to appear all on the same stream.
