I have a stalker who's currently in jail. He accepted a plea deal for 5 years without parole, pleading guilty to impersonating law enforcement and stalking, in exchange for them not charging him with attempted kidnapping.
Sentencing is scheduled to happen in 2 days, where it's my understanding that the judge will read arguments from both sides and decide whether to accept the sentencing that everybody agreed on. It's within his ability to choose different sentencing, though?
Will he get sentenced to at least 5 years (or more?)
