Iran proxies have struck multiple embassies, bases, and military outfits in the past month.
Iran proxy will be defined broadly and the spirit of this will be determined by what western media reports from the US intelligence.
US citizen generally is meant to refer to the people that work on these bases, embassies etc.
End of the month will be defined as 11:59 pm pt on Nov. 30th.
