Leagues bonuses for bronze–platinum were reduced on Jul 1st, and haven't increased or broadened to more ranks since:

Does the increase in rewards for Masters count?

If Diamond doesn't count, seems Masters wouldn't either.

We only have up to Platinum leagues this season, however next season some people will have promoted to Diamond league which ostensibly will have greater prizes.

As worded does the introduction of Diamond tier leagues not satisfy a Resolution to YES, as more tiers is more diversity?
