This market resolves to YES if Recovery Insurance Service Kiosk (RISK) market cap of the shares held by private investors is above 500 thousand mana at any point before January 1, 2026.
The source of the resolution will be the official RISK dashboard, however if i decide that the market cap has been manipulated in such a way that the valuation has no basis other than the dashboard's description itself, OR i dont think it accurately reflects the market value of RISK shares, i will resort to other sources / methodologies / subjective analysis.
