• "Team xxx wins" is for the entire match (including extra time & penalty shoot-out if applicable)

(Although that's probably what you're saying, just that they may be able to squeak out a win, in which case ignore me)

@SirSalty Thank you! Just to clarify @ed , typically a penalty kick is awarded when a player commits a foul inside their own penalty area, whereas the kicks taken during the penalty shoot-out are called penalty shoot-out kicks or simply penalties.
