I wish I had made it clearer whether I would resolve based on provisional numbers or the final certified numbers that are released in March-ish. I'm resolving now based on the provisional numbers because I think it's unlikely the certified numbers will be <6. If that ends up not being the case, comment here after the certified numbers are released and I'll make you whole.
