What counts: Any individual (guest or politician) physically escorted, ejected, or arrested and removed from the House Chamber or gallery by security/police.

What DOES NOT count: Voluntary walkouts. If people leave on their own, it does not count.

Timeframe: From the Sergeant at Arms announcing the President until the President exits the chamber tonight (Feb 24, 2026).

Verification: Official US Capitol Police (USCP) reports, AP/Reuters pool reports, or clear video evidence.

I have only found reports of Rep. Al Green being removed, for holding up a sign that said “BLACK PEOPLE AREN’T APES!” as the president entered the chamber.

It’s looks like a few others (Mark Warner, Bill Foster, Lauren Underwood, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib) walked out during the speech, but it was of their own volition.

@yeeta yeah it was just Al Green. Others walked out but he was the only one involuntarily removed as you note :)
