I have only found reports of Rep. Al Green being removed, for holding up a sign that said “BLACK PEOPLE AREN’T APES!” as the president entered the chamber.
It’s looks like a few others (Mark Warner, Bill Foster, Lauren Underwood, Ilhan Omar, and Rashida Tlaib) walked out during the speech, but it was of their own volition.
