Question made after 2 matches played for all. I am not including Netherlands or Afghanistan. But fine, I'll keep Australia...

India and SA will qualify even in the worst case scenario. So they should resolve to Yes.
WHEN (not if) pak lose tomorrow, their back will really be to the wall... they will be on the outside of SA, NZ, IND, ENG looking in. and the other piece we need to consider - they have a lineup that can win any game, but they are really not structured to be NRR merchants like ENG or SA are.
To get 6 wins will require 2-2 against NZ, SA, ENG, AUS (less than 50% chance) and 2-0 against BAN and AFG (let's call that a 75ish% chance for the sake of argument). Any NRR considerations and they're even less likely. Math just doesn't add up for PAK!
@BDStraw #PAKWATCH update... bookies seem to like AUS tomorrow but I'm highly highly skeptical. It really all comes down to the AUS powerplay, and I favor Shaheen and Hasan Ali over Warner and Bison with the new ball........ I have just lost all confidence in AUS's batting. If PAK wins tomorrow, I will personally apologize to Mo Rizwan and Babar for what I've written above.
