I think I'm addicted to sugar and I need to stop :(
Permissible sugar sources: fruits and dry fruits
Everything else is a NO:
Any food or drink whose ingredient list includes an added-sugar term (e.g., sugar, syrup, honey, HFCS, dextrose, fructose, fruit juice concentrate used as a sweetener)
Medically necessary prescription/OTC products are exempt
“Natural” sweeteners (honey, maple syrup) resolve NO.

@jamesl no public application round but I think you're a strong candidate so send me your adoptme doc!
Read wiki. IMO has low glycemic Index and "exerts positive effects on digestive health". SGs "do not induce a glycemic response when ingested, because humans cannot metabolize stevia". It seems that both do not mess with insulin level and brain response to sugar, but can influence sweet receptors' response
@waterlilly for me some time ago it was FOMO that brought me back to sweets again and again. I decided to put all sweeties into container with a thought that I always can eat it later. It worked, even no one noticed that I quitted sugar.
@waterlilly also, may I join you? Maybe it can be more fun (and more possible to get YES haha) if done together
@waterlilly wow you have very extreme rules here. Ketchup has sugar in it, and my favorite chocolate has some sugar too. I thought it won't since it's dark. Interesting.
@klauwier Haha! I recently read this. It's not just ketchup 😭https://www.theguardian.com/world/2020/oct/01/irish-court-rules-subway-bread-is-not-bread
@waterlilly with breads it's much simpler: taste of a normal freshly baked bread is much much better. But I used to add a little of ketchup to a chicken as a marinade.
Also bought a lot of apples, raw meat, some vegs, that all surprisingly was cheaper than junk&sweet food
