"by the end of 2023" means anytime before is included too. Some people interpret it wrongly, but I believe the definition is clear.

@jack my bad, should've checked when the market resolves as well. I checked the googl market cap which was way over the strike. And was betting on the possibility it being lower at the end of 23. It caught me off guard since you could still bet on that. ( @MarcusAbramovitch capitalized on that)
