"Celebrations"? Why not just make "this market will resolve to yes" and save yourself the hassle?

This is basically a contrived "will France win, and if it does, will fans riot?" market.

There are 755,000 Moroccans in France, and supporters of either will celebrate if their team wins. This is basically guaranteed.
