In the one last fall I got "consistently meets expectations" but was told I'm near the top of that bucket; since then, I've taken on more & higher-level responsibilities, and my manager seems pretty happy with how I'm doing. I also personally think that I've gotten more done this cycle than last, though still less than I think I'm actually supposed to.
