This market resolves YES if Maryland man Kilmar Abrego Garcia, who was wrongfully deported to El Salvador, is physically returned to the United States by the April 7, 2025 midnight deadline set by U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis. The market resolves NO if he remains in El Salvador's Terrorism Confinement Center or elsewhere outside the US after the deadline passes.
