If I were a juror in this trial, I would vote to acquit on the felony counts.
While it certainly is more likely than not that Trump committed the felonies, the reasonable doubt is that Trump signed the checks without looking at them because he was so busy. I would discount everything Cohen said - when you have already committed perjury, market shirts that the defendant should go to jail, are a convicted felon, and now it turns out you stole from Trump, that's what happens.

I don't think it's a good comparison though, one is a bureaucrat, the other is a heavily liberal jury.
