Early in the Israel-Gaza conflict, both Human Rights Watch and Amnesty International repeated allegations that Israel has recently used white phosphorous in Gaza in an improper manner.

Amnesty International cited their Citizen Evidence Lab, and Human Rights Watch says they verified the usage in Gaza themselves through video. As far as I can tell, no other organizations have independently verified these claims, and they are still disputed.
