this will resolve yes if he can confirm he saw 1 or more taliban members within a reasonable distance that we can confirm via photos. if he has no photos for reasons outside his control (unable to take photography) we'll have a panel of moderators/partners verify his story and/or use gps data to confirm his location to where the sighting happened and assess how truthful it is
