does it count as released if it's accessible to members of some organization but not to the public

@Bayesian yes assuming it is like a closed beta or something. I want to confirm it's a real model and third parties confirm both the existence and proof it is a new model (like not just some other model by that they white label under their own brand somehow )

@strutheo I'll also accept b2b enterprise invite only models if proven to exist to my liking

@strutheo hmmmm that's a big burden of proof imo. Sometimes there's no indication that it's some existing model but seems hard to prove this conclusively if the access to the model is only for eg the military or something

@Bayesian I guess we can use legal contracts or mainstream news to confirm it is indeed a new model if it is private usage only
