No, because

(1) TikTok is already on WAYYYYY more people's phones than Flappy Bird (so "a phone with TikTok" won't be as hot of a commodity),

(2) TikTok (unlike Flappy Bird) has a website that you don't need a phone to view, and

(3) Flappy Bird was taken down on the app stores of phones everywhere, while TikTok might only get banned in the U.S. (but would still be available literally-everywhere-that-already has access to it).
