Counts even if they come back later.
Does not count if they get banned.

@strutheo sir crypto, pat, who are you thinking for #3? (since you're not counting anyone who went silently inactive right?). i asked mod channel for any other suggestions but sounded like you had a #3 in mind
@strutheo Do they need to quit the site or quit being moderators? What if they are still a moderator but quit the site? Or if they quit being a moderator but are still using the site?
Here is the list of people who were moderators at the start of 2024 and no longer are:
James was an admin and quit, which is kind of like a moderator
FirstUserHere - banned
SirCryptomind - mostly quit the site, then came back
Pat Scott - public quit for Sweepstakes/ToS
BoltonBailey - personally opted out of moderator status
MartinRandall - I believe opted out
This huge list of moderators was culled all at once:

I think I would characterize Marcus as "quitting" based on some conversations on Discord. I'm sure some of the others have also 'quit' by some definition.
Of the current/still moderators:
Did MattyB quit the site for a period of time or was it more like "not available"?
At least 4-5 of them have reduced their overall activity and maybe had some usage gaps, but not actively quitting
---
I think the number is more than 3 and this should resolve Other.
@mattyb no i mean a public quitting, that would just be going inactive/AFK until they come back
and if someone is inactive for 6mo+ ill have to judge it
