I have only noted minor concessions by Germany (https://www.polskieradio.pl/395/7785/Artykul/3615045,germany-agrees-to-return-priceless-polish-archives-and-medieval-sculpture-looted-during-and-after-wwii), which, in my opinion, are not appropriate given the nature of the question, as outlined in the Reuters report.
