Resolved according to whatever https://www.donaldjtrump.com/ says on 5th November, or by me if that ends up being unclear/ambiguous. Note that if he is officially on the ballot but Trump has disowned him enough to remove Vance from the Trump/Vance logo on his website, I will resolve it to NO.
