I want to use a Waymo to get from SF to LA. When will this be available to normal riders without a waitlist? Normal riders should be able to book a trip from somewhere in the bay area to somewhere in LA in the Waymo app. It's fine if it's a rideshare or takes some kind of wait or schedule or whatever.
