This market will resolve YES if verifiable public evidence (such as social media posts) shows that Lily (@nope_its_lily) has permanently moved from the US to another country by January 21, 2029. Resolution source will be Lily's public social media posts. Market resolves NO if no such evidence exists by the resolution date.
